Individual roster portraits are part of organization-booked media days; we do not offer standalone individual-athlete coverage. Your proposal confirms the crew, deliverables, and schedule.

Yes. We offer video coverage and edited highlight reels for events, schools, organizations, and sports. Photography and video can be discussed together or separately. We confirm coverage time, final video formats, and editing scope in your proposal.

If your event is postponed or cancelled due to weather, we will do our best to accommodate the new date. If we are unable to accommodate you, you will receive a full refund.

We provide clear gallery and ordering instructions for your organization to share with families. Your organization provides dates, participant coordination, venue access, and an approved way to reach families. We agree on the communication plan before booking, and families can contact SportsXsport directly for ordering help.

Open Find Your Photos and browse your sport or event, or use your direct gallery link. Use the site search icon to try a school, team, or athlete name. Name search works where photos have been named or tagged and made searchable; some galleries also offer a search within the gallery. If you cannot find your photos, contact SportsXsport with the school or team, event date, and athlete name. For order help, include your order number if available.

Organization-booked Team Media Day is $50 per athlete with a $600 minimum per session. A 12-player team is $600 total; a 20-player team is $1,000 total. Teams with fewer than 12 athletes can book for the $600 minimum. Your organization receives one quote based on the confirmed roster. Family-funded school photo days use a separate arrangement in which families choose photo packages. We confirm the payment model, participation requirements, session length, products, and communication plan before booking.

Event photography is $250 per hour with a two-hour minimum of $500. Video is $300 per hour with a two-hour minimum of $600. Photography and video together are $500 per hour with a two-hour minimum of $1,000. Combined coverage includes a photographer and a videographer for the same booked hours.

Photography includes standard editing and an online gallery. Video includes one edited event highlight video, with finished length, format, revisions, and delivery confirmed in your proposal. Rates are based on on-site coverage hours and include this editing.

Additional coverage may be approved in 30-minute increments: $125 for photography, $150 for video, or $250 for both, subject to crew availability. Full ceremony or speech films, extra edits, additional crew, and travel are quoted separately. We confirm the scope and total before booking.

Yes. Our online store offers professional lab prints and enlargements, along with photo gifts including mugs, keychains, magnets, and buttons. Digital downloads and packages are available in selected galleries. Open your gallery to see its products and prices; availability varies by gallery. Our galleries remain online for years so families can return to their memories and order again. Password-protected galleries are available for schools, organizations, and private events. Gallery access is agreed for each project; not every gallery is private. Use the link and any password supplied for your group. Some galleries also ask for an email address to enter.
